Intellectual property
Plans, drawings, and written schedules prepared for a client remain licensed for that client's use in the named flat. Republishing studio drawings for commercial resale without written consent is not allowed. Website text and layout are owned by Simple Kinship Rooms.
Liability
Design advice assumes information you supply about measurements, building access, and ownership is accurate. We are not liable for supplier manufacturing defects, courier delays, or damage caused during assembly by third parties you hire directly. Mandatory consumer rights under Czech and EU law remain unaffected.
Governing law
